The Wild Within
A creative adventure to (re)connect to your wild self and move from noise to clarity. 26-30 August 2026 in Gryon, Switzerland. I’m excited to be co-creating this experience with Mara Holzenthal and to share it with you.

The Pocket Retreat
instead of needing to go on retreat, I’m creating one you can carry in your pocket, to connect to the magic of retreat in the everyday. A 21-day asynchronous experience, from 14 July to 3 August 2026.

The Department of the Possible
A fictional UN Department to imagine and practice new possibilities for the UN together. This is a co-creative experiment. We published Survival or Renewal - imagining the UN’s next horizon in 2025 and are currently developing what’s next.

Young UN: Agents for Change
Young UN is a multi-year project that has fundamentally shaped my thinking, my path and my approach to systems change and community weaving. At the heart of our approach was a three-pronged approach: crowdsource, pilot, movement. We crowdsourced ideas from across the UN system, piloted new approaches ourselves and built a movement for change on issues from the future of work to climate action. I poured my heart and soul into co-creating this changemaker community from 2015 and what we started through Young UN continues today in new forms.

UNAIDS Reinventors
In the midst of a large-scale organisational change process at UNAIDS in 2021, Young UNAIDS members wondered - what if we could imagine an organisational design that truly reflected our values? what if this could be an opportunity for true transformation, not tinkering around the edges? This inspired a first paper which led to a second and the broader movement - the UNAIDS Reinventors - was born. We co-created concrete proposals around increasing diversity and piloted approaches ourselves.

Navigating to the Next UN
Navigating to the Next UN- A journey full of potential (published 2019) is a paper on the future of work which we co-created drawing from survey data across the Young UN network. It was presented to top UN leaders in the High-level Committee on Management. The incredible cover image created by one of our members inspired many across the system and was soon to be found in learning programmes, onboarding documentation, HR approaches and offices around the UN system & the world.
