I can work with you as a facilitator or community weaver to create dynamic, participatory workshops, spaces and communities that tap into the talents and potential of the whole group.
Participatory facilitation - my facilitation style is playful and creative. I enjoy finding novel ways to get the best out of everyone in-person (both inside and in nature) and online - from virtual 1 hour sessions to strategy days and week-long team retreats. I balance creative methods including visual mapping, tactile exercises, nature-based facilitation and movement with reflective moments, always adjusting to find the right balance between structure and emergence.
Community weaving - I have more than a decade of experience initiating and enabling communities. I bring care and creativity to the communities I animate and a deep understanding of what engagement looks like and how to create the conditions for it to emerge.

Community advisory - how to grow and sustain change- and innovation-focused communities and networks, including in organisational settings.
Movement-inspired and community-based approaches to organisational and systems change - how to move away from traditional change management approaches that often fail.
New ways of working in organisations and communities - on key issues like decision-making processes and practices, how to define roles in self-organised teams, doing meetings differently to enable genuine participation and more.
Strategic vision (seeing possibilities and how they fit together) combined with getting started now (prototyping, creating small experiments, etc)
Peer-led learning design - I can help you design and develop learning programmes that embed peer-to-peer learning at their core.
